Tchibo Filiale - Schorndorf

Very unfriendly staff in this branch, have been mobile at Tchibo since 2012, for a few months prepaid charging does not work with me, in another branch very friendly customer service was called and directly charged the credit after the employee himself tried on my phone and saw that the sms charging function did not work. In Schorndorf, you refused help twice sharply, you need to do yourself, although I had kindly explained that it is not possible and that you can call for me to customer service. It's just not a service.

The coffee is of good quality, but the staff is unfriendly. I don't understand how an employee makes coffee and chocolate bar and has long dirty nails and does not wear gloves

There are 5 stars from me. The store is nicely clean, it smells very good after coffee which were beautifully presented. It's all the same. The staff is very friendly. And they make delicious coffee there.

Very bad service. I wouldn't be shopping here again. The lady is so unfriendly.
