The food is usually good, the pizza very well we had 5 different dishes. But for me a waiting period of over an hour is completely unacceptable until the appetizer salad comes and another 30 minutes until the main dish comes. That on a reserved table! As I hear from friends, this is not a single case. In addition, I sat in front of a window wall with apparently leaky window and frozen at outside temperatures by zero degrees during the time.
