Mcdonald's - Schenectady

I recently moved to Schenectady and the first time I tried this McDonalds it was a HUGE miss and I swore I wouldn’t go back. However, I gave it another try the last few times since then have been great! the food has been correct and hot and the service has been speedy! Not sure if there is a new staff but they are doing great regardless

Okay this particular location was amazing. We ate here after a day at great escape. We used the app to order and WOW, they were so fast at getting it ready and out to us. The food was so fresh and hot that it renewed my faith in McDonalds. The crew they had working that night was super friendly and didn't bat an eye or act put out over our large order. It was a little after 8 pm and the young woman that delivered our food out to us was super nice and even though she was wearing a mask, you could tell she was smiling. She was very sweet, she thanked us for our order and said she hoped we enjoyed it and to have a great night. We had a fantastic experience there and will definitely use this location in the future. I would highly recommend to my my friends and family.

I ordered in the car thru. When it was my turn, I was asked what we wanted. I gave my command and didn't hear anything I said hi. a vote came back two more times, obviously someone heard in the restaurant. I asked him for attention. the voice of a woman screamed at me that she did not serve me to speak with man on these wise. I said I said three times my order. she said I should go. my daughter went to the restaurant to get the command for my granddaughter, and this person talked müll about me when I did the window at the child. I guess that's why a car was on the parking lot. I also become mcdonalds corporation and the franchise owner. and I will never go back to this restaurant and maybe no one. what the devil is this treatment?

They didn't quite get my order right. Asked for plain hamburger no cheese no ketchup, no onion, just plain. Got cheeseburger ketchup and pickle. But the food was hot and fresh!

Terrible service with employees having attitude because their mistake was pointed out. Not one apology for a messed up order and they “can’t refund mobile orders” which is stupid.
