Tous Les Jours - Schaumburg

Poor quality ingredients not worth the price on the sliced cakes … The cream looks like the one they use on Sam’s Club and the bread is so dry . Also the customer service sucks; the two girls in charge have disgusting attitude towards the customers. I drove 30 minutes and wasn’t worth it at all ! I will never come back

I love this place, but it’s simply unbearable to wait 15 minutes for coffee, there are always queues, why can’t you hire two baristas if one never copes? they take a long time to do everything

Bad. Not fresh. Tasted stale like it was a couple of days old. I drove down from Milwaukee just to visit this store. About a month ago I went to the Arlington Heights location and thought it was some of the best bakery I have ever had. I saw there were more store in the Chicagoland area and decided to go to this location to stock up. Bad choice. At the Arlington Heights location, even after 2 days the bakery I still had left over tasted amazing. The bakery at this location was already hard and really not on the same level as what I had before. Moral of the story, I’ll never go back here, but I’ll go back to the Arlington Heights location. I’ll also be weary of other Tous Les Jours locations and try just one item before stocking up.

Incredible place, just very understaffed. Kudos to the team servers here.

Ordered Mango Cloud cake....absolutely over the moon taste...great design and taste.
