I had a problem with my dish and asked them to check it because an item was missing from my order. They took my dish to the kitchen because the cook wanted to see what was missing, the dish came back with the answer that it was coconutty. Well, the attendant said she would pass the case on to the manager who came to talk to me and my family at the table, arrived with a micro portion of octopus fillets saying that my dish had 5 fillets of octopus and that he would give me 4 more fillets , I refused because I felt offended because it seemed like the manager wanted to embarrass me for complaining. You see, everyone makes mistakes, the house was full, there was a tremendous amount of noise (I say because I know the house well, I always go there and ask for delivery too) so there was a possibility that I had missed it. But I felt so bad about this service that we left and never came back. A manager who doesn 't know how to wisely handle a situation and make the environment calmer shouldn 't be doing this job. It 's a shame I met the owner on another occasion and I really liked her but unfortunately I received poor service from her employee. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
