Local very nice and cared for super friendly staff and very good zeppoles!!! Great to spend a pleasant time in the company sipping a good drink

I went there with my friends and I was disappointed by the negative change we found in this activity. We have always found ourselves well, but this time they were unfair to one of us. It had been noted that the appetizer should be without milk because of intolerance; after a while, we are presented a dish with products visibly containing milk (including a pizza with mozzarella). After pointing out to the waiters and staff, instead of apologising and replacing the appetizer, they claimed that they were right about the absence of milk (but there was no lactose, but milk was objectively present). My friend had to talk not only to the guy who brought things to us, but also to the staff inside and, after a while, they convinced themselves of their mistake. He was then asked to replace that cutter with simple algae and bruschette frittatines, a dish that not only never arrived, but that had even been inserted into the final account. We are in 2023: allergies and intolerances are now a hindrance and it is never right to pretend to be right about something that a person (in this case my friend) knows menadite. We were very disappointed.

A group of rude ignorant. I'm allergic to milk proteins. I asked for a snack to eat. Here comes a plate with a pizza covered with mozzarella, a crocché filled and other products visibly with milk! When I ask for explanations they tell me that it is all products without lactose and with absolute and total ignorance not only do I not recognize the error lactose and milk are two very different things and two different allergies and products without lactose, milk sugar, are however a problem for allergic to milk protein but, more serious, they claim to be right, insisting on the correctness of their offer. They didn't understand my explanations, they treated me as ignorant about what pulpit!!? . The deal was that I needed a dish of frittelline algae sunshine and tomato bruschette. The appetizer never came. They would certainly have made it more beautiful to admit their ignorance of the subject, I would have certainly understood more. In the box, the account was also included the teat that I didn't eat! We allergic people know exactly how things go and we don't expect full information on the subject. That of allergies and intolerances is such a vast and detailed world that, even from the inside, it is often hard to understand. The good education, however, which comes from ignorance, would imply a careful ear to things that you do not know that I was trying to explain. Putting on the pedestal of wisdom does not help anyone I will never return..

It was not the first time for me and if I returned it is because I always had a positive experience. I've been missing for a year and more, and I'm sorry to have to say that unfortunately this is not right. We arrived, I sat on the cushion of the bench, and I found myself in the dress completely wet, we called the waiter to present this thing, he did not deserve to apologize, and for all answer he brought us simply paper napkins. Order made, they arrived the drinks after a long time, but obviously they were not the ones ordered by us. This time the waiter apologizes, finally comes the coke ordered by my friend, but it is poured on the table and on the trousers, meanwhile we were always waiting for the appetizers....we ordered some chips, which have now arrived to finished drinks. To complete, we told the waiters that we wanted to try the scratches, we ordered them, we waited about half an hour, we call the waiter asking if it still took time to have the graffes and he for all answer we were finished for a long time.......PECCATO.... live music was pleasant and also location....everything else I would tell the owners to be a little more careful

The place is not bad but you should fix the menu because if there is written that if I buy a drink you also give me the appetizers it is not that I take a coke cola (4€ the one is a robbery) and you tell me not only with certain drinks it is possible to have them. Evening that could be better
