Bidrage med feedbackWe were there about 19 u. the waitress was very rude and not helpful. it took 30 minutes to bring our drinks, she just put them on the table and said everything. we wanted to ask for the menus. we had to go back to order because she totally ignored us. eating was very average. we even had to get in to ask and pay the bill! everywhere we were very nice in portugal, but avoid this place, never had such a bad experience!
I leave the restaurant and I just have nice things to say. good Italian cuisine with vegetarian options (try the spa and mushroom risotto) and, very important, with a small place for children. it was a life-saving one. only one note: travel advice...has the wrong address. the correct address (3min away from the travel advice) is avenida d. afonso henriques, within a farm in a building in front of telepizza.
Actually, there are two restaurants at the same venue: the Di Gusto and the Terrazza by Di Gusto. I do not know in which way the menus differ... We went to the Di Gusto on a weekday for a family dinner, and were 6 adults...and 2 children. The restaurant was actually busy, but we got seated in a few minutes. We ordered pizzas, pasta and risotto. Unfortunately there were some issues with: pizzas: the dough seemed as if it was frozen, thus it wasn't crunchy. The garnish was ok; risotto: it's a pity that they do not use proper risotto rice and it lacked creaminess; pastas: we found some cod fishbones in the ravioli. We had a local red wine: full bodied with some acidic notes. Service was very friendly and attentive.
I found this hidden place in Santarém 2 weeks a go, was a very pleasant surprise. The food was great and with very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.
