Searching online I found this restaurant specialized in meat, aged meat. It is in the center of Santander, on Cuatro Caminos, so parking can be complicated. We ordered snack portions: Mussels in vinaigrette, grilled octopus, croquettes, cured meat, sweetbreads and eggs with foie. Then as main courses: wings, steak and cod. The truth is that almost everything we ordered was very good, and everything was of remarkable quality. The only thing I didn't like was the wings, the truth is that they were dry and the flavor of the marinade didn't improve it. The rest of the things are very good. As a recommendation, in this place, the ideal is to order aged meat, which is their specialty. It is not cheap, but it is consistent with what they offer and the quality of the product. recommendable

Excellent quality at a competitive price if you choose the menu for 2 that includes 1 starter to choose from the menu to share (in my case I chose grilled octopus), 1 kg stone-grilled steak, homemade dessert and bottle of Rioja for €80. I will surely repeat because in addition to the quality of the cuisine, I would highlight the kindness of the very attentive staff at all times.
