Pizza Guys - Santa Rosa

I ordered a pizza online from these guys – ordered 1/2 and 1/2 with thin crust and some boneless wings. The wings were mostly gristle and the pizza turned into 2 pizzas – neither hard thin crust and only one of them was even the toppings we ordered. Called to complain and got no help. The manager argued with me saying it was my fault. I have ordered from them before and received good service. Tonight they messed up the order and didn’t even care to try to correct it or apologize. Definitely will be avoid this place from now on.

Kruste was very thin. For the amount we paid for it was a demolition. I'm not going back there. Not impressed

We did not order pizza online to know that they did not deliver to Sebastopol. The website someone like the wrong address entered. We called to report and the owner got on the phone because we asked for a refund. We spent $80. We don't earn much money, so we don't get to dinner tonight. It was a special occasion to order. He told us he ran out of the money he made available for refunds. He says he's a little business and that he can't earn money that gives refunds. He said he'd go to the wrong address and if the random people didn't eat our food he gave us back. He refused to do this and gave us photo evidence that he actually went there to check. He told us he couldn't refund without checking before, and it was because he lost all the profit of making the food. We asked how to get the food back from whom it got to save him money, because he can't sell the food. He told us that he would sell back foods that were sitting out or had already gone to an apartment. When we questioned him because this would be a violation of the health code, he began to get angry and said he didn't have to answer any of our questions. And said, different restaurants have different policies on resale of food that have gone. We were shocked and disgusting. Can't I believe? ve have not come to know for years, I have eaten pizza other customers have already their hands on.

Excellency. Pizza guys has a nice crust, a delicious sauce, reasonable prices and fast service. They also use GOOD bacon on their pizza. If you had pizza with bad bacon on it, you understand the difference. All blows and even cheese are quality. If that's not enough reason to get you there, they offer a free 2-liter soda for each take-out order over $20; that is including special offers and discount items. So I buy an XL pizza with 3 toppings, spend $30 on taxes and tip plus the free soda. This is lunch for me, the woman and leftovers for another lazy day. Even better if you have kids because they really have good several pizza offers online.

Best gluten-free crust I had not made this home. For non-crafted, conveyor belts pizza, these people nail it. They have good sauce; neither too sweet nor too spicy, but a beautiful mixture that goes well with her cheese. They are fast and consistent.
