Tocaya Modern Mexican - Santa Monica

Always painfully slow location on Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica. Over 40+ minutes for four small tacos on multiple occasions.

The cocktail I ordered was good, but the 2 mains we ordered were so bad we could not eat them at all, unacceptable to serve this. A small burnt piece of Salmon and the worst refried beans I have seen in a long time. Was sad and disappointed that this is the level at this location right now.

Worst customer service I've ever received. I order the same item every time I come to Tocaya. My first time at this location. Girl with red hair was extremely rude when we explained that our order was wrong. Did not even attempt to try to correct. Had an attitude and told us we can get a refund so we did. Will never return to this location.

I hate to leave feedback here but we ordered 182 dollars worth of food from Tocaya from Uber. The delivery person took a picture of the bag and left with the food. Uber is refusing to refund the order or give me the delivery persons name. I hoped to file a police report. My team missed lunch and I am out over 200 with the tip. Sad and bad experience while we are working in Santa Monica.
