Sonic Drive-in - Santa Fe

I have always enjoyed the food at Sonic at every location I've visited. Unfortunately, I am giving this particular location a 2-star rating because of the poor environment and the difficulty in reading the screen selections and receiving service. I doubt I will be coming back to this location in the future. Food quality: 5/5

I placed my order in advance, but it still took a considerable amount of time at each stage of the process, so it felt almost pointless to have done so. There were an abundance of panhandlers in the vicinity asking for money. Unfortunately, half of my order was incorrect, and dealing with the panhandlers made it not worth returning to rectify the mistake. The food that I did receive was tasty, but some of it wasn't what I had requested. Overall, I would rate the experience 2 out of 5 stars.

Came in from a 12hr drive out of town, was very hungry so we stopped in for a quick meal to take back to our hotel. The staff forgot half our order and we went to bed hungry. The alternative was to offer us a replacement the next day and though we appreciate the effort, we were traveling and did not have the time to go back.Food: 1/5

The food is always good and the atmosphere is great because I sit inside my to eat, the only problem I've had lately is the fact that their onion rings are undercooked.Food: 5/5
