Paper Dosa - Santa Fe

This restaurant in Santa Fe is a wonderful change of pace. The food is excellent and authentic, with incredible dosas and curries. The atmosphere is cozy, and I especially love the patio. The service is top-notch. I recommend trying the Lamb Keema Paper Dosa, Passion Fruit Custard, and Lamb Keema Dosa. Overall, a great spot for dinner with prices ranging from $20-30 per person.

I am not an expert on South Indian cuisine as this was my first experience. However, every dish that we had was wonderful and unique. Our favorite was the Prawn Moilee Curry, and it might have been my favorite curry ever. The atmosphere and service was also exceptional. Our server explained each dish and was attentive to our needs.
