Estevan - Santa Fe

We had dinner tonight in estevans and wow, we were blown away! delicious local cuisine and fantastic service. the calamari, chili pork ravioli and steaks were over delicious! we also met the chef and owner estevan, who was a tasty bite. b offers wonderful service, we will be back!

Estevan is a hidden gem! My husband and I were searching for a lovey dining experience in Santa Fe at the last moment and we found it. The beautiful patio was humming with exquisite dishes. The arugula salad special was the most robust arugula I have ever had paired perfectly with goat cheese and a walnut based vinaigrette. I have never tasted the peppery arugula so vividly, just outstanding. The Rainbow trout was cooked to perfection with a light wine and garlic sauce. It melted in my mouth. Our waiter was Aram and he topped off our dining experience by recommending a beautiful Spanish Albariño that paired perfectly with both of our dishes. He was well educated regarding the menu and really enhanced our dining experience. We highly recommend giving Estevan a chance. The chef was on the floor engaging with all of his diners and sharing his enthusiasm for his culinary creations. It was an absolute pleasure!

Great meal and attentive staff. This was a nice spot for a relaxing dinner after an 11 hour drive to Santa Fe and it was easy to get quick reservations.

Restaurant did not have cocktails or cocktails or gf beers. Restaurant was out of primary entrees: pork loin and also ran out of Pinot Grigio! Bad management of inventory and kitchen. Staff was excellent; balcony seating superb.

Our waiter was serving several tables and was doing his best but needed additional help. However, he provided friendly and prompt service when he could. Mushroom ravioli was delicious! Wine margaritas were better than expected (they don't serve liquor). Husband ordered lamb which was nicely prepared. Patio was lovely except for the traffic noice on a Friday night. Would recommend however and will return.
