Pedro's Cantina - Santa Clara

I grew up going to Pedro's in Los Gatos, and their nachos are my absolute favorite nachos I've ever had, each chip is topped with the perfect amount of toppings! And the service is great as well

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. The venue itself is stunning, with a design that evokes a traditional Novo-Spanish/Mexican hacienda. From the courtyard with the water fountain to the dining area, the atmosphere is truly impressive. While the service was attentive, there were some minor hiccups, which is understandable given the busy nature of the restaurant and the large groups dining. However, the overall experience was positive. As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised. Being Mexican myself, I have often found Mexican food in the Bay Area to be lacking. However, the Crab Enchiladas (sans Beans) I ordered were delicious, and the guacamole was fresh, flavorful and with the right amount of heat for everyone on the table to enjoy. We were all in agreement that the food was delicious, from the salads and soups to the steak fajitas. I look forward to returning with family and friends to try more dishes and perhaps even indulge in dessert. I want to extend my compliments to the chef(s) and kitchen staff for their excellent work. I left wanting to explore more of the menu. I hope to return soon to sample more of the delectable offerings

Had a private event here for work, and got to have a private room upstairs to host all of us (about 30 people). Each one of us was given the attention we needed, and the food was great. It was tough for them to juggle such a large group, but I think it went great and would go here again.

It's was great there's many choices of Mexican food and the staff was very helpful and the drinks were very good.
