I had to wait in line for 25 minutes because they prioritize GrubHub orders over in-person customers. It was not a pleasant experience.

Catelyn helped my family and I for a second time. We were here also for Thanksgiving. Catelyn, Jen, Arvi, and Vanessa are extremely hard workers. They are very helpful and kind. There is always something missing on the menu at this restaurant. I had to wait 12 minutes for my food, which was unacceptable. The portion sizes were inconsistent, as I received the same amount of food for double teriyaki as someone who ordered a single portion. The management at this establishment definitely needs improvement.

The portion sizes are smaller than at other locations and there was hardly any steak. I do not plan to come back again.

Such friendly workers and delicious food! My first time ever eating at one of these. Wanted something healthy(ish) so I went with the grilled chicken and brown rice. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Zero dryness. Overall, I was worried about the saltiness being that this is fast food, but I felt like it was perfect? Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will be back!
