Lilac Patisserie - Santa Barbara

Oh my goodness gracious! An entire array of delicious gluten free pastries and breads meant we bought lunch, then took dessert and a load of bread to go. Service with a smile made this a perfect day. Go early. You'll want to take your time to enjoy every bite.

We got a green tea, the vegetable quiche, a dirty chai latte and a breakfast sandwich. The food was good. The quiche was dead on, and the breakfast sandwich was pretty good as well. I had higher hopes for the brioche my sandwich was made with, but maybe it just wasn't their best bake. The drinks were enjoyable though. My biggest complaint here is value. With tip, our breakfast was $50, and honestly it just wasn't worth that. The place is pretty cute though, and the people are friendly. I personally wouldn't make the return trip for breakfast anyway, but I can understand why someone would.

This is a fantastic gluten-free bakery. Everything here is delicious and they also serve breakfast and brunch items. They close at 2pm so make sure to come early.

The Albacore salad on olive oil bread or on the Lilac salad are popular. all the food and pastries are delicious. great to breakfast. beautiful and clean decor with plenty of seating. the personal is always friendly.

Didn't disappoint. Good food and friendly staff, but no straws? They said they ran out, really?!
