Starbucks - Sanford

In the regular mobile order pick-up inside. waited a long time this past experience, but they were busy so I understand, but it took 5 minutes before they even started 2. Drink...both ice and well over their 9-15 min expected time. try to pick up the next time the mobile running gear thru.

Paid 6 dollars for a cup of ice do better Starbucks this is like stealing.

Typically missing something in my bag, such as dried fruit for the oatmeal, no spoon, just 1 napkin. It gets frustrating when food or utensils are missing, especially when prices aren't exactly low these days.

I’ve personally had a few annoying experiences here with some of the barista‘s. There was one time that I sat and waited and looked at my cup for 20 minutes before someone even touched it. There were several people that ordered after me. However! This last time i went Walter made my experience amazing and he always checks in with his customers! Give this guy a raise!

This location starting having employees take orders outside, but I can’t see the menu. They stand on the corner before the menu is visible and don’t have a copy on them. This worker didn’t even say hello to me or anything. This doesn’t help my social anxiety lol
