Kfc - San Xavier

I ordered online and from my understanding it was supposed to be quick pick up. I was pretty heavily relying on just being able to come and grab my food and leave quickly. I waited until I got a confirmation that my order was ready and even waited a few extra minutes. I go inside over to the quick pick up box because the whole point was “a quick pick up” I’m standing there cause I see there’s nothing but empty boxes in it, so its just being used for storage? Somebody notices me and asks if I’m there for an online order so i said yes and gave my name. The same name on the order. The same name on my credit card. But She makes me sign a paper saying I’m picking up my food? A paper which looks like it’s more for a delivery driver like Uber, GrubHub or one of those channels. So I asked for confirmation because I’m obviously confused. She looks at me like I’m stupid, like I should just expect this whole process. I mean if I knew I was gonna have to talk to people and sign paperwork I would’ve just went to churches chicken. Waited around and then eventually they give me the food. Well I get home and the chicken is soggy and far from fried. The texture feels disgusting. There were no utensils like I asked for. And the biscuits are plain and dry. I definitely will not come here again

Trash. Entered KFC wasn't greeted and ignored. Any other chicken place is

I got a famous bowel with only 3 little pieces of chicken. The fries where not good and look shorted. My family and I will never come to this location again. About 4 crew members standing outside just talking smh. I pay to much money for my food to be this poor.

Like most fast places there the up and down. But this place is always clean the crew and managers are always nice and friendly during the stressful time. No complaints ?

Staff was very nice and helpful. The best potatoes anywhere! Great tasting chicken n biscuits.Prices are getting really high n hard to feed a family . So we're rarely going anymore. But when we do it's delicious.
