Fito's Taco Shop - San Xavier

Stopped in after the colossal cave tour, and the food was so good, service was fast, and it was quiet and relaxing to sit and eat!

This was my second time coming here. The first time was a few years ago and I did not like them at all. I tried them again this past weekend and I was happy with my order. My wife ordered a steak breakfast burrito and I got a bacon burrito. Both had eggs, potatoes and cheese. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were cooked just right and paired well with the other ingredients. I did not have the salsa but the burrito was flavorful. I/we may come back and try some other stuff from the menu. There are not a lot of options in vail but this one was decent. I would tell people to stop by and check them out.

Has a home quick but yet excellent source of food. The menudo is some of the best in town!
