When in San Severo, don 't miss visiting this pizzeria: Michele Florio, the owner and pizza chef, can boast a wide and long experience of pizza teaching all over the world! The slices of pizza are exquisite in every taste; the ingredients are locally made; on request, it is possible to choose from a wide variety of paposcia , a Gargano specialty made with pizza dough to be absolutely tasted!Prices are low, the self-service tables very nice!
I dare define Michele Florio as the best pizza chef in San Severo and surroundings besides being one of the best all over Italy. I tasted his slices of pizza of different types and found them delicious, exquisite, for their first-quality ingredients, matched in an unsual way though reflecting the multifaceted culinary features of the nearby Gargano villages. Strongly recommended. Very cheap!
