Customer service hotline. The agent helped me get the free 9 pizza. Delivery was completed within 1 hour 15min, which is acceptable in view of the situation

The food is great! The time it took to serve the pizza took 28 minutes which is almost double the committed time of 15 minutes and I had to follow up. They didn't proactively inform me that the order was delayed.

The food here was cool what set apart other restaurant in town from this YC store is that in here, there is one arrogant crew who assist his girlfriend more than the customers. I dont know why they have to tolerate such behavior when the crews should be politely anzwering to guest rather than checking on his girlfriend from time to time. Not a good experience.
