Food is decent but customer service is awful change in employee would be

I placed an order online for the Mario Cart birthday ice cream cake and the following morning the location owner called and notified me that they don’t have the little Mario Cart figurines and before calling me, he called 2 other BR franchises and they didn’t have the figurines either. But we didn’t give up and he had other ideas about who he can call to ask if they have them. He called all the way across the Bay. Ultimately he was able to find us the figurines and made everything so perfect! Thank you for your efforts! I really appreciate it and it made the birthday boy very very happy!

Anyone who says Baskin Robbins is less than 5 star ice cream is a liar and cheat! The ice cream is always true to their roots and the customer service was friendly and attentive. Lars and James were great to work with, a great duo and a hoot to boot. Find a parking space and saddle up to 31 delicious flavors!

Always a quick option. Im always sad they very rarely have anything in a banana flavor. Parking can be difficult.

Last night went to get some ice cream, the lemon sorbet had a small fly?. Luckily I didn’t want that flavor but settled on lemon custard instead. Still… eww
