Bidrage med feedbackOne of the best Oaxacan restaurants I have eaten in. I just don 't have the opportunity to get back there any soon but I absolutely recommend the Tlayudas and the mole. The tase is very original. I hope I will have the chance to go back there once more.
The food is delicious! I really enjoy it. My only complaint is that the prices have gone up. I understand inflation and all, but $5 for a taco and $9.50 for horchata is a bit much.
Some of the best Mexican food we had in California. Traditional Oaxacan dishes served with homemade corn tortillas If you drive on 85 through San Jose, you must go!!!! Mole was tasteful and not too sweet Tyaluda was fresh and crispy (but not fried) chicken soup could cure any cold
I was recommended here by co workers and it was very good. I ordered two Carne Asada enchiladas with rice and beans. The Carne Asada was seasoned perfectly and wasn't overcooked. The sauce for the enchiladas wasn't spicy but it was very flavorful and paired well with the flavor of the beef. The beans were very good, a bit of melted cheese topped them off beautifully. The rice was a bit different than I've had before, it tasted like mixed vegetables which wasn't bad at all just different. The service very friendly and fast, the staff understood English but it would help if you spoke Spanish at least a bit. I have nothing bad to say about the staff or restaurant and I will likely return soon!
Maybe I'm a little biased because I'm from the state of Oaxaca. El Tule offers a great Oaxacan menu. The mole is made from scratches. The Tlayuda will fulfill every desire. Don't forget to try the Oaxacan horchata! Of course the service Rd exceptional and always super beautiful.
