Virtual Teakup - San Francisc

Virtual TeaKup is located in the Mission Bay area. They are a boba truck that is located in the Spark Social SF food truck park. Unfortunately, they close earlier than the park on most days. The easiest and fastest way to order is online for pickup. Service was not the greatest the employees were not as friendly or welcoming. Also, come early because they may run out of boba in the evenings I found out the hard way and had to come back on a different day.Since they are a boba truck, they have a small menu. I tried their Strawberry Mango Sunrise with boba and The Boba (their version of a milk tea). Their strawberry mango tea is jasmine tea with strawberries, mangoes, and cane sugar it was refreshing and had a nice sweet taste to it, a great mix of fruits and tea. Their milk tea is your choice of jasmine of black tea (I chose jasmine tea), non dairy creamer, brown sugar, creama, and boba it had a good sweetness to it and it was on the creamier side like a sweet milk, but it worked.

Truly terrible boba spot. Got the passion fruit green tea and it tasted like nothing! Super watery even with less ice. Not even close to fruity. Did not taste any tea.

I got the Thai tea and it was presented unlike anything I’ve seen before! So beautiful and incredibly delicious, thick and creamy. There were many other elevated tea options that I would enjoy! This is a food truck located in the Spark Social SF.

I've gotten 2 fruity drinks from here and both were watery or weird tasting. Can't speak for the milk tea, though.EDIT: Got the milk tea and it's pretty good! Bumping up my rating to 3/5
