One of the best buble tea i have head in my life, almost better then any i have tried in Japan

I leave room for improvement. But basically good coffee/tea shop. Conveniently positioned next to Caltrain Station at 4th/Townsend.

I went here multiple times to get boba tea, and it was always off. It was either:1. too watery (today; brown sugar bubble tea)2. tea was oversteeped (last month; thai milk tea)

Nice staff. They worked on my order right away. It was quiet when I went on a Saturday. Rolled ice cream and roast duck jian bing were really good.

Really tasty chunky monkey ice cream roll. The quantity and price is perfect for 1 person.
