Tajima Ramen North Park - San Diego

Ramen is one of my favs and Tajima has some of the best! I life thé ambiance here and it really adds to the north park community. Our server was informative and so friendly and patient. Along with their amazing new menu items, they have an amazing deal for wine Wednesday where you can get a glass of your favorite wine for $5. Food came out quickly. Taste is pretty decent. The broth is salty for me but I think it's normal for most ppl's preference. Server was friendly. I wish the ramen was served hotter. The broth was lukewarm and I really want hot ramen. Place is packed. It's good for a quick meal. Street parking only.

The party of nine you know who you are. Host staff, please consider seating smaller parties before the giant parties who choose to take up the entire restaurant without renting it out. This very small restaurant cannot accommodate big parties. So please make it a policy for giant parties to book ahead. Your smaller local customers are hurting outside waiting in the cold for an HOUR and you don't seem concerned. Thanks. Waiting outside in the cold for an hour waiting to be seated because we had to wait for a party of nine to be seated. Please seat smaller parties first since the party of 9 did NOT pay to rent out the entire restaurant.

Ramen was really good, pot stickers were meh! Will be coming back though to try more :
