Hironori Craft Ramen - San Diego

I had the Tonkotsu Ramen with pork and added garlic. The pork was tender and delicious, noodles cooked perfectly with flavorful broth! Best ramen I?ve had in a long time. Service was great? they do not allow tips and charge a 16% tip to the bill, which was fine, as the service was awesome! The water they serve is very aromatic has hints of mint and watermelon. I forgot to snap my own picture but this is exactly what mine looked like.

This might be the best ramen Ive ever had, even as delivery! The Tonkotsu Ramen was so flavorful and the pork was so tender. The Edamame was a great side, too. I highly recommend the ramen, truly incredible stuff!

As of now there's only one vegan ramen but it's great! I'd say it's my favorite is SD, I find myself going here more than anywhere else. It's a creamy ramen and similar to Beshock downtown but with a bit more depth and spice which I'm a fan of. Give this place a try!

This place was so good. I'm not waiting long. had the vegan ramen. the taste was incredible. the personal was friendly. the environment was comfortable and not intended. I love all about it
