Wendy's - San Antonio

The food is good but the wait takes forever, went to drive only one car at window they said can you please hold, 10 minutes waiting to order with no one behind or in from, just left

Food was ok, line was a bit long and it took a pretty long time to get through the line.

Place was horrible! Food was cold and I’ve ordered breakfast from other wendys and the sandwiches all came with cheese and mayo. My wife had to go inside and ask for cheese. When she received the cheese they just handed her two slices over the counter and walked off. My wife had to ask someone to warm up for her. ???

My food was good and fresh I enjoy it for $5 I got full burger fries and nuggets and a drink great thanks Wendy's

Terrible customer service in Lobby . Waited over 10 minutes before we were acknowledged . At one point the person in charged was doing something on the front register. At that time I ask if they were open . He said yes . We waited another 5 minutes before he was off register. He was checking someone's schedule . He should of stop what he was doing or had someone else take our order . This took place around 6:30 pm on 4th of July .
