Wendy's - San Antonio

Went by there today ask for a certain type of hamburger and I take off when I get home when I want to eat my burger I got a different kind of burger and there was no people in there they had nobody in the Drive-Thru nobody eating inside I was the only person with an order and they still got it wrong can you believe that unfreaking believable......?

Awesome Service. Our food was warm. Ready and the the lady at the drive thru had excellent customer service. Will return again to this Wendys.

Their food is always fresh. I like the flavours. They do a good job every time. The guys( and girls) who answer the drive through are so nice and patient.

Maybe it's the times I'm going, but I have had nothing but consistently excellent service and food from this location. For the first time in my life I had an actual picture perfect burger, and it came from this Wendy's. Hope they keep up the great work.

I got food so one star. It was all cold. I had to wait no one was responding to the drive through speaker. When I got to the window there seemed to be one guy just walking around picking up stuff and putting it back down even though there was a line. I placed my order online but my food was not bagged. So I feel it should have been warm especially since I showed up 8 min after I ordered. Overall slow and inefficient.
