Sugar Factory San Antonio

The Sugar Factory is always a good time. Despite the pricing you will get a lot of food so I recommend sharing. This time we had Scott as a server and he was Amazing and offered great customer service. Would recommend!

Great food. It was a little quiet but it was also early. They did celebrate a birthday while we were there and I could tell it would be a fun and exciting place when all the tables are full and everyone is celebrating! I would definitely visit again!!!! The restaurant and kitchen area that I could see was clean and smelled great. There was an odor outside the bathroom doors but nowhere else. They had fragrance things inside the bathroom, maybe to mask that smell in there, but it was still there outside. Super fun experience. Loved all the smoking drinks!

As someone who has heard all about the “Sugar Factory experience,” I was excited to finally experience it. Sadly, it was an underwhelming experience. The food wasn’t particularly hot or appealing looking. The service was ok. Overall, it was incredibly overpriced for what we actually got. Unless I’m invited to an event, I don’t think I’ll try another Sugar Factory even, if I’m being completely honest.

Waitress was super sweet, food was cold. Fish tacos were over cooked. The chocolate for the fondue was gritty and not warm or melted. The meal cost a total of $150 for 3 people. Not worth the money. Will never go back.

Awesome atmosphere and superb staff!! They were very welcoming on accommodating both my kids birthday moment. One birthday 12/19 the other 12/20. Thanks so much for the wonderful service.
