Firehouse Subs Babcock - San Antonio

We love Firehouse anyway but this particular location consistently provides the most wonderful experience possible. We were having a gloomy morning and our visit here turned the whole day around. Great vibes, the sandwiches were perfect and the whole restaurant was clean.

Delicious ambiance! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the delightful aroma of fresh bread and melting cheese. Today's special is "Back," and I stopped by to grab my free medium sub along with a kids' meal for my little one after our time at the pool. We left feeling satisfied and happy—what a treat!

I discovered a new favorite spot to add to my list of places to visit! Niraj was fantastic in handling our order; he was polite and precise, ensuring everything was just right. The food was absolutely delicious, and I think this was a very memorable experience, even though the location was quite busy. I truly felt like a valued customer.

Manager/Cashier has a great attitude, not in a good way. Apparently, the franchise owner believes that he can just put someone in this position, but someone with just a little in the kind of common friendly customer service skills could do wonders for the business.

Stopped earlier today on my way home. Decided to pass the burger option and try a Sub instead. Firehouse was the obvious choice. Darcy and Niraj were the managers on duty. They made sure my order was fresh, hot and tasty.10 ALL THE WAY!!!
