Bidrage med feedbackThe food service employees and the counter/cashier were courteous. It was late afternoon, the dining room food bar/condiments were all supplied and fresh. The food was delicious, especially the green beans. It wasn't too crowded. The tables were being cleaned once we sat down.Parking: It's an open parking lot that circles around the restaurant.
This is my local Bills… I’ve got to say I’ve finally had to speak up! The service at this place is beyond horrible. It’s been like 5 times where I’m in the drive thru waiting 15-20 min with no greet 10 cars behind me. As soon as I leave I hear them greet the next car. All I’m trying to do is feed my kids. Love the food but this place needs a management overhaul. Service is the same inside… no sense of urgency or communication!
I literally go there for ranch with the chicken tenders. It's even on my receipt. 15 min wait in the drive through and I still end up with gravy. Probably won't even eat half of this now. Thanks guys.Food: 3/5
I’m very disappointed in my recent visits to Bill Miller, this location in particular. Only 1 car in front of me I ordered a salad w/ckn from the time I paid to the time I got my food it took 9 mins. I get prices have gone up due to inflation but $10 for a salad w/several pieces of brown lettuce maybe 4 small chunks of dark meat chicken an extra cup of ranch.
I ordered the Turkey po’boy with extra sauce for sandwich fries. Food is great, but it’s all dry without the bbq sauce I asked for. Good thing the tea is delicious. I know everyone works hard, but it’s the small details, like the forgotten condiments and small bits that make a difference between an “ok” meal and a “good” meal. I asked for extra pickles only and extra sauce and got neither, even though both were on the actual receipt. Order was quick, food good, staff is friendly.
