Bidrage med feedbackWe went to Panda while my mother visited the city, we had a pretty big order and they had to cook a little more Teriyaki chicken, which is completely understandable. The staff were very nice and pretty fast. Now quickly forward when we come home and are missing items. We wanted to call the store a few times without luck. It said we should go online and file a complaint. So we did it and got no answer so I sent another 10 days without hearing about it. Why is it so difficult to identify for a simple problem.
They shake the box. We bought 2 Bigger Plates each with 1 page and 3 participants. The price went up to $10.80 of $8.xx before. But the portion size has decreased significantly. We first noticed that the main to go box was much easier than expected. Then we noticed that the actual dimensions of the small box with the 3rd Entrée were also smaller. Usually we enjoyed 2 meals from each Bigger Plate... but we can't do that anymore. In addition, they no longer have their normal pot of sweet and sour... they only offer these packages of preservative-laden artificial sweet and sour that you do NOT want to take. We made our own sauce at home for the cream cheese rangoons that were still delicious. Bonus tip: each SMALL order is $2.00 for 3 rangoons, while an LARGE order of 12 costs $8.40. Get several of the small orders to save money. It's not really this place's fault, it's clear businesses behind these greedy changes. But it's sad. Many good memories with Panda, but we won't come back. It's not worth the money anymore.
7/24/22 So this place was just opened and some of the Entrees were not yet out and Customer Service, Marilla, went back into the pots just about my order along you is great. The orange chicken and the white rice was very good.
I wouldn't recommend going here. Eating was fine, shrimps became strange cuz as cooked, looking at the photo. It was all shrunk and it tasted pretty hard. The only thing that was good was the Teriyaki chicken and rice. I'm pretty sure the cook was the main manager, so maybe he should move. Cuz, I know the chef did a great job.
Used to visit here often a few years back since it's near my house back but didn't come back for 2 years. The quality of food went down and the service had gotten really bad and unfriendly. So first time back today after 2 years and nothing has changed. The employees act like customers interrupt their work and add to it. They don't even have a drive through so what are they so busy with. They throw the food at you and barely say anything besides the required pitch about extra appetizers TWICE. One time had the woman run my card through the machine so aggressively she broke my debit card, ripped it in half. Didn't say sorry or anything just handed it back and left her hand open like some bell boy waiting for another card. The food has gotten pretty bad. The grilled teriyaki chicken is like some D rated chicken somehow. Really annoying is the veggies. It's just wet cabbage, whole, huge, uncut, broccoli, and a tiny piece of kale. It's obvious no effort goes into it. A reason for visiting was fast healthy options if you order the right way but I'm 100% done with panda.
