Wendy's - Salt Lake City

I was told by Maria that they closed their lobby at 7 pm and I needed to eat outside, Its 25 degrees outside. Then she couldnt scan my app. She said the scanner was broken, and i couldnt use or gain points.She was very rude untill i asked what her name was.Save yourself the trouble and go either direction on Highland Dr. to a better location.

My experience in most categories was OK however, the soda fountain machine which is in the dining room does not dispense ice and even without the ice the drinks are hot.

The people were sweet the food was good and was out fast for being fresh! Went in after around 11

Had a craving for a spicy chicken. Stopped by, little extra wait while I waited for them to cook up a fresh and hot spicy. Everyone was so nice and apologized for the wait. Great workers food was excellent.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Never open when they’re supposed to, quality is much lower than any other Wendy’s in every way.
