Hub And Spoke Diner - Salt Lake City

One of my favorite brunch spots in Salt Lake try the shrimp grits, chicken waffles, kentucky hot brown, and seasonal mimosa. The wait time is always a little long, but it's worth the time.

Our entire family loved this breakfast nachos! Also we had a steak, which was cooked perfectly and very flavorful! Waffles were great as well!

Edit 11/26/22: it’s still one of the best places in SLC. The Francesinha is my go-to, I can’t resist getting it almost every time, but the entire menu is insane. But you have to get the Francesinha at least once. Perfect bacon, fresh squeezed OJ, perfectly balanced cappuccino and they make their own vanilla.
