From Scratch - Salt Lake City

This place is truly amazing! I mean everything is from scratch!! Even they’re ketchup and mustard. I was blown away! Loved their mushroom pizza (although the crust was way over cooked and actually black. And their burger was great too! Above average. Overall can’t wait to come back!

I do not have many positive comments. First we went for a business lunch and because this place was so under staffed the lunch took two and a half hours. The food would have been good but again due to the staff shortage the food did not come off the grill at the same time so half of my party had cold food. They also do not have an area to keep food warm after it is done. The food sits on the counter. I also noticed an issue with flies in the restaurant. Really good food. Prices are steep. The Bleu cheese bacon burger is amazing. The restaurant is cold in the winter.

Our favorite place to eat in SLC. It's in their name great from scratch food can't go wrong, Wood fire bread is delicious worth getting as an appetizer.
