Beto’s Mexican Food - Salt Lake City

Worst experience I've ever had at a Mexican food restaurant. Ordered 2 burritos, 2 jarritos and 4 extra sauces. They gave us a burrito thrown in a bag, not wrapped, and the other was fine. But no jarritos or any sauces. I went in, waited in line, and requested the additional items I had paid for and the lady told me “you did not order those” I asked to see a receipt and it wasnt itemized but was at least $10 more expensive than the 2 burritos. Breakfast burritos consistently excellent. Try the chorizo.

Good food but the pricing is off. No objections to the quality of the food here, but I would nkt pay this much for it elsewhere. Feeling price-gouged for a bite to eat in downtown. I would go to a fancy place if I wanted to pay that much. I confirmed at the drivethru that they had a “combined” side order of rice and beans, but they charged me separately for rice and beans and It was $10 for that. Food is okay. Mainly, the two star rating is because I have been there a couple times now, and my order both times was incorrect (kind of hard to check the inside of a burrito). Attention to detail is important, especially with food. Do not think I will return.

Just terrible. They got my order wrong and would not fix it.
