Starbucks - Salisbury

Coffee was good. Same complaint I have at every Starbucks. I ordered a black, dark roast which usually isn’t available after morning time so I settled for pike place. The barista is running around making orders as three people stand by and do nothing. All they need to do is pour my coffee in a cup, pop a lid on and pronounce my name wrong.

Horrible service. Waited for 10min to get served. Literally they where in front of me incapable of telling us that they will get to us. When I said something. If your going to this place don’t go in side go throw the drive throw because that’s the only way they wont ignore you.

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 drinks. One came out in 10 minutes another came out 5 minutes later and then we waited 30 minutes for literal coffee and steamed milk. They continued to stop making drinks to take more orders while 15 guests were waiting. Don’t go to this Panera if you don’t plan on spending an hour waiting. Not to mention they made 2 of the drinks wrong.

V loves the caramel ribbon crunch drink! I haven’t tried it myself but if you like caramel then you should try it! I enjoy the Java Chip, Red Eye, or the Black Eye with almond milk cinnamon sprinkle drink! The egg bites were smashed , she liked them so much that she ate two orders of them! Love it!

Very long wait in a drive thru. The line wasn’t even that long (for Starbucks) and once you’re in the drive thru line, you cannot escape. 30 minutes from 9:35 to 10:05 am on a Saturday. I’ve never written a negative review in my life but If you can’t staff a location I personally think it’s more prudent to shut down for the day or close the drive thru maybe. Idk. Lines move faster at any and all fast food restaurants typically, though *sometimes* would match this slowness. I’ve been to many Starbucks with lines longer than this and gotten out in half the time. The drink itself is great of course, the staff was friendly, and now that I’m drinking it I’m less annoyed Just not worth a 30-minute wait.
