Bidrage med feedbackMy pizza was wrong. When I took it back. The old lady manager was rude didn't want to make a new pizza with the right toppings. She said too bad I can't do anything about it. When I asked her for a refund because she didn't want to repair my pizza, she didn't say too bad for you, I was extremely confused why she didn't want it. I had online order with toping that I paid extra and she didn't give me my money back then she was a hot and ready and threw it on me. I had paid for extra toppings on my pizza and she could take care less! She shouldn't be a manager at all! It is extremely unprofessional extremely rude has no way of knowing about customer service!
It took almost an hour to get my online order estimated at 15 to 20 minutes. The people behind the counter were vulnerable
People on the lobby were coming out faster than an online order I placed for pick up. I ordered at 7:14pm. It said 20 minutes. I went in to ask after 30 minutes and not ready yet. I was out the door with my food at 8:06pm. The tag on my receipt said my order was taken at 7:44pm. There might be a system issue.
I wonder how much money doordashers like myself lose from 20- 30 minute late pick up times waiting on orders. Hope a lawsuit happens because this is very common. 8 out of ten deliveries the order is late. I hope they sent marking them incorrectly.
The pizzas are always hot and fresh when ordering here. I recommend using the app with the new portal so when you arrive, it would be ready to go without waiting and standing in line.
