Sonic Drive-in - Salina

Sat for 10 min at the speaker with no answer while the entire line ahead of me cleared out. Yelled...no answer. Then the girl at the window kept looking out at me then back at the kitchen. So I just pulled away. Total service FAIL.

Great job for being understaffed. I use the app a lot and they are very prompt. Maybe teach new hires how to be a little more peppy/outgoing . They do good job. Just a little flat

Sonic, you could do alot better at cleaning your cups before handing them to me. Not everyone loves ice cream and soda mixture on their hands or in their cup holders. Yall are becoming a repeated offender on this. Get it together!
