Do not miss this little mom pop restaurant! drive them back. excellent food! made by carcasses mixed owners their own brote and cuts the meat. chicken fried steak, cats, mountain oysters. clean place!

On the way to kc from colorado and so happy we have it. super clean, eating was amazing, and service was friendly. under our family we had burger, alligator, sweet potatoes, mac and cheese. I told my man, I wish we had time to wait until we were hungry again, just to start. you have to try matte sauce! the owner came to our table and gave us a little story. she was very friendly, humble and a great cook! will definitely be back on our next trip.

My husband and I drive semi and stop in Salina Kansas. Today we tried Mattie’s Grill Chill. The food was fantastic my husband said that the Mac n cheese was some of the best he has ever tasted. An absolute great place must try.
