Premium Doze - Salamanca

Nice place to eat, see people walk by and enjoy the city. We enjoyed the food and service. Good chairs also (the chairs at the square are terrible for your back). Greetings from Amsterdam

We came in with no expectations except to eat some lunch. Everything was elevated. The waiter in his excellent English suggested some local dishes (Ham Croquettes, mushroom risotto, oxtail meatballs) and we loved them all. We then got a dessert Torrija caramel and also divine. The flavors of all the dishes were unexpected and full of flavor. I liked the food and the service. I definitely recommend it.
