Bidrage med feedbackDaytime on a very hot day this place (possibly the only restaurant in the village) was very full of local workers, families and some tourist who visit the charming and historic templar village. our fear that the amount of customers would lead to long service. times were unfounded, the service team made a great job, and eating was on the earth, hearty and tasty. best sausage and maic (aligot saussice) I had in years. the prices were moderate and correspond to the quality. a nice example for a village restaurant that understands its business.
We have seen some nice comments on tripadvisor, but we are disappointed. that eating was really like that. the aligot/saucisse was not very good as the rest.
Shortly after 12:00 noon without booking and there were already several people reserved with a series of tables. pleasant staff that served quickly soaked. the menu is succinct, but has a sufficient choice and implies that food is produced on the site....You have a few individually priced dishes or a set menu of 3 courses coffee for 19,50 €. we both started with roquefort salami in ham packed with a small tomatensalat. for the net we had frying guinea fowl and a local plate of a long curved sausage mixed with potato mice mixed with melted cheese roasted veg. extremely tasty and quite reasonable for € 50 including several drinks. this village restaurant benefits from the main attraction of velorail near and we saw a series of couples eating there that had been on our trip and a pre-ordered party of about 20. the point is that unless it is really from the season they need to get there at the beginning of the lunch service or a reservation. all those I spoke to were able to speak more English than my French. Question.
Very customer-friendly, tasteful eating to cheap trips. with several local directed. can not wait to come back and enjoy the terrace
We booked a table for 7.30 so we could eat after our velorail trip. It was actually empty except a couple of people having a drink. We chose the set menu and had, melon and ham, barrette steak and then chocolate mousse for one of...us and coconut terrine for the other. We really enjoyed the tastiness of the food and whilst appearing simple all dishes were full of flavour. Very sweet waitress and another lady ensuring we were happy with everything. It was chilled and peaceful just what we were after. If you want to eat book to e sure of a table and that they're open.
