Bidrage med feedbackI entered the restaurant and saw a sign that said "wait to be seated." I waited but no one approached me, so I asked a few girls for a table. The tables and chairs were cheap plastic, and the outside walls on the terrace were covered in tacky astroturf. I ordered a mango/Thai salad, a veggie pizza, and a goat cheese and prosciutto pizza. Unfortunately, the mango salad was nice but way overpriced. The pizzas had virtually no tomato sauce, tasteless veggies, and were overall bland and boring. The prosciutto on my pizza was tough and difficult to cut through. We waited a long time for the bill, and when it finally arrived, it was $65.00 for two boring pizzas and a shared salad. For that price, we could have bought two thick New York strip steaks from Costco. The location overlooking the water was nice, but Sainte Anne's is a summer hotspot so they don't seem to prioritize good service or food. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Arrived here by default the seafood restaurant was closed and it was a happy accident. Terrific selection of thin crust pizza and a lunch offering of half pizza half salad was very much appreciated. Just the right amount of food for lunch. Service was very good and I never felt rushed. The restaurant is located along the water so I am sure it is very busy in the summer months but I first visited in November so it was a leisurely meal. My lunch mates really enjoyed their meal and when I returned a few weeks later with my husband, he thoroughly enjoyed it too. Highly recommend it!
Situated by the water boardwalk in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue on the western tip of the island of Montreal. Free public parking nearby. Very reasonable lunch menu. Friendly service. Natural shade from trees on patio/terrace. Great place to stop, have lunch or dinner and watch the boats on waterway.
This is one of my go-to place to take out-of-town guests in Ste-Anne. Everybody loves pizza and Violet Angel makes great pizzas (the Heart Attack is my favorite) and calzones. It is a quick and affodable place for business lunches and in the summer, the patio is great with a nice view of the water and a large tree in the middle to provide some shade.
Came in by boat and came across this restaurant by chance. I have to say that it was a sunny Sunday, musician playing 150 feet away, tons of boats and people. The Vibe was amazing already. Walked inside the resto and it was a great feel. Tons of seating and very clean. We walked out onto the patio and felt immediately comfortable and at home. Half the deck is sheltered by vines with shrubs and trees all around. A good view of the water and people walking on the board walk.We all ordered different things and some were special changes to the standard menu. The waitress didn't bat an eyelid, she took the changes in stride and didn't faze her at all. The food was fantastic and the price was very reasonable.I suggest you eat here and see what you think.
