Relaxhotel Pip Margraff - Saint Vith

Very expensive. 21 euros for a small dish and 28 euros for a salad.

Hotel overall seemed nice, but was assigned Room 30 which is at street level (with no air conditioning so obviously requires windows open in Summer) and situated next to the hotel’s loading dock. Loading and unloading of food and drink from vendors started before 8am. Upon check out was asked of any issues, mentioned the issues listed above, and received a shrug of shoulders from the front desk staff, whom clearly didn’t care. Had we been informed at check in of possible issues with room (and possibly given earplugs or a complimentary drink with explanation of location of room) would have gone a long way in understanding.

Mr. Pascal vercruysse, your comment is completely wrong. We've been coming to this hotel for 15 years, and we've never had any complaints. The staff are always friendly and correct, the meals are always taken care of and well, the rooms are constantly cleaning, and the wellness is currently renovated. We're really at home here, and maybe you should look out for 5-star hotels yourself, maybe that's more of something for you.

Price wb quality not in affairs. Some old-school hotel, shifting staff. There was only one who had some fun at work, was asked to leave how we experienced the stay. Worrying about the smoothness of the shower floor. Sneaked out two times, this was known, but nothing else would be done with that. Only positive was that we could put our bikes in the garage safely. By the way, Booking.com was cheaper... now we would have done this without it. There was one more room available, which turned out not to be on Booking. The dinner second positive was delicious, but also really expensive for what you get...

We are on a 9 day cycle trip through five countries so we have seen our fair share of hotels and this one tops our list. Well located in St. Vith. We had a beautiful corner room. Took a refreshing dip in the pool and checked out the infrared sauna and steam capsules . The breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
