Bar Restaurant L'aigue Blanche

A pleasant discovery! visiting the village we were surprised to see that several restaurants were closed this noon (Thursday 26/08). It is therefore by chance and because it was opened, that we found the restaurant: the white ointment. the friendly staff kindly welcomed us and installed on a high terrace, under a camouflage-style net, we were comfortably installed in a shaded place. the well-provided card is printed on the table set, which avoids handling. In fact, we saw that the tables were disinfected after the customers left. I took a homemade tartare, pesto and parmesan with salad and fries. The meat was excellent and I didn't see a piece of fat! the other plate was composed of a salad with trout of castleroux of the alps, the avocado of cherry tomatoes and olives. for dessert, almond chocolate pancake and a blueberry pie. nothing scary or too sweet. friendly rates, impeccable service. We had a nice time and especially well eaten! the coast to reach the car seemed more difficult ...

A very nice address in Saint-Veran tested in the summer: beautiful shaded terraces, a varied menu for all tastes, dishes mainly based on local products, an efficient and friendly service. the little plus: the children's games at the back of the card that allowed our two little ones to wait wisely!

Nice setting, welcoming and friendly service. good advice on the choice of wine, tartare is excellent served with homemade fries and a good salad. The blueberry pie is also worth a detour.
