L Auberge St Thibault - Saint-Satur

We were thoroughly pleased with dinner. Perhaps we would not have chosen veal, then cod for our entree, then plat, however the presentations were superlative beautiful delicious so we have no complaint. Desert was outstanding, worthy of a star. Madame, wife of the chef, the patroness if that’s a word, was charming, efficient and extraordinarily hard working. We salute her! This place is a gem.

We visited here and wished we hadn’t.We had to wait twenty minutes to even order a drink.The service was inconsistent and we left without the last course it was that bad.Three hours for a five course tasting menu not great.There was one staff member who was run off her feet trying to serve everyone’s food,serve drinks and hold fort on reception too.Not what you expect from a restaurant of this calibre!The air conditioning wasn’t on and the room was very hot and unbearable towards the end.Then we get onto the food.We have experienced many tasting menus but this really wasn’t great.The food was presented very well but the taste wasn’t for us.We feel they tried too hard and it was way too rich.Personally we wouldn’t put fish and pork in the same dish or have garlic ice cream with a dessert both dishes were inedible.Compared to our lunch previously a different league.Would not recommend.

Excellent food with fresh products and a fine touch of creativity. Very friendly service. I would highly recommend it and the price is extremely reasonable.

Valentine's menu a feast with several dishes always beautifully presented. a sober, pleasant and efficient service. 3h30 meals to enjoy these delicious dishes remade 2 years ago hotter than when we arrived in 2017 thanks

Excellent dinner in this carefully decorated little restaurant. the products are fresh and the associations of very interesting flavors. However, I have always found it a little expensive, but good, it is a detail.
