GIRO - Saint-Priest

Loved this restaurantPerfect atmosphere and staff and I have to believe this would be one of the best Italian restaurants in Lyon.

New concept: a volonte buffet, from the start to the dessert. you can make a wok or then ask for an Italian specialite. The desserts are homemade. tiramisu, panacotta and even ice cream.

If you didn't try it you missed your life for only 10 euros a willful buffet with choice.

Taking place at the comfortsuites of Saint-Priest on Monday evening, the reception informed us of the giro to dine there (we had wanted an Italian restaurant), located 10 minutes walk and only open this Monday evening. Upon our arrival, we were a little surprised by an exclusively Chinese staff (for an Italian restaurant called giro), the buffet being as much (fritures of products of all kinds, probably frozen panes, and fried a little in advance to garnish the trays of the buffet, kept warm in the bath-husband. not very fans of Chinese restaurants (especially because of reports on clandestine workers preparing food in more than doubtful conditions), so we ate what seemed safest at the food level (avoiding scampis and other seafood camouflaged by the panure.) while we were eating, the waitress came kindly to ask us if we wanted pizza, after what was priming it is a little surprised, we accepted a portion of a pizza made on site, it seems to me. as dessert, lychees qques and other fruit salad in box. brief, industrial type diet, no pleasant or dietary. the price is 15,95€. If some customers did not deprive themselves by eating "at will" and even beyond, we did not appreciate our meal: we are very far from a refined or Italian Chinese cuisine.
