Island Fin Poke Company Winter Springs

We have been anxiously awaiting the opening! They did not disappoint! The ingredients are really fresh and the flavor was super delicious. I was also really impressed with their service. They knew about all about the different toppings and how they would compliment the different proteins. We will be back again soon.

Great choice for a quick healthy lunch! They are super friendly and fun atmosphere. You can create a bowl with everything, For one price! I?m going to bring a friend so we can share a bowl. All the flavors went together nicely and everything was fresh. Can?t wait to go back.

Love this place! Brody was super cool and patiently walked me through the whole process of creating my poke bowl. Food was very fresh and delish. Will totally be visiting this awesome, friendly (and very clean) place.. side note: my bowl looked a lot prettier initially, but I started eating before I took the picture ????

OMG. This place is awesome, I did build my own bowl, and can?t remember exactly what I built, but boy was I happy. The upside is that you can literally get something new every time with busting yummy flavors. Love this place. Fresh, healthy, good-sized portions that were larger than I expected. Felt like I was kicking it in Maui with the locals. On a scale of 1 to 10, easily a 12!! Pro-tip: start with ice cream first on any hot day in St Pete. The staff was amazing,the food was fab, and the best-hidden secret in the ShoreAcres area. I love the fact that we saw a bunch of neighborhood kids earning their stripes behind the counter serving.

First time at Island Fin Poke. I have to say that their service was outstanding, very friendly, positive, and helpful staff! We love the ability to build your own poke bowl and they had a great selection of base, proteins, and toppings, just what we were looking for. We went with brown rice, Ahi and Spicy Tuna (double protein), and just about every topping out there. Overall it was pretty good. I thought that the quality or freshness of tuna could be better, it didn't seemto be as tender as we are used to. Maybe it was because we came late, I'm not sure. It still tasted very good and we left happy. Oh, and finished it up with Pineapple Vanilla Swirl Dole Whip. It was huge! We'll be back!
