Papa John's Pizza - Saint Paul

I have requested a contactless delivery but driver asked me to open the door, pick the order and sign a receipt. Also, I have added tips to the online bill, but driver asked me to pay more tips. What's a mess?

Called and placed an order as well as paid by card over the phone. Wait time for delivery is 35 min. When it's 40 min they call and tell me that no one wants to make the delivery, that I've already paid for. He said we'll I guess I can ask door dash tobring it, but idk when that will be. Mind you the store is now closed, can't even get through to ask about the pizza. Horriblecustomer service!

I ordered a pizza, and everything was correct, cooked well, and delivered quickly, except that I received poppers instead of wings. When I called to address the mistake, the manager was unexpectedly snappy and hostile. Although he offered to send the wings, I suggested I could just pick them up. In response, he threatened to call the police if I did. I don’t understand this reaction. I've worked in food service for years, including in management, so I know how stressful things can be. But there’s no need for immediate hostility and threats over a pizza order. Not everyone is out to cause trouble, even if some customers can be difficult.

The pizza was excellent—hot and tasty. The estimated delivery time was 40-50 minutes, but it arrived in just about 30, which was a lovely surprise. The delivery driver was courteous and friendly. If you appreciate classic, simple pizza, I highly recommend this place.

I ordered online and received my order quickly and correctly, and the food was delicious. The delivery driver was very friendly. This Papa John's consistently does an excellent job. Highly recommend!
